“I am disgusted and offended by the President’s racist remarks yesterday. Divisive and incendiary rhetoric has no place in public discourse—certainly not coming from the highest elected leader in our country.
People who migrate to the United States often make great personal sacrifices in attempting to be a part of the American dream. We should recognize their sacrifices, welcome them, and treat them with the human dignity that we all deserve.”
